Interest Groups
For those new to the club, the Special Interest Groups, or
SIGs, are special meetings dedicated to specific topics.
Remember, SIGs are for the club's paying members. You can give
your $15 dues for membership through April 2005 to the moderator
at any meeting or mail them with the information at the address
below.
The SIG schedule is as follows:

"Behind the Web"
Wednesday, July 14, 2004, 7:00pm
CompUSA, South Boulevard and I-485
Yes! It's here!
The Web Design SIG will begin with a basic overview of HTML.
The first session will cover the parts of a web page, HTML rules
and the basic tags. We will also talk about the different
aspects of web design and have a Question and Answer session.
We're looking for volunteers to "own" each page of
the website. If you'd like to learn a little bit about creating
web pages and help support the club, please add your comments to
the forum at pc3.org.
This group will also get tips from Galen Bolen on graphics
manipulation -- from drawing to saving in a format that others
can use.

Digital
Camera SIG
Tuesday, July 13, 2004, 7:00pm
CompUSA, South Boulevard and I-485
The next Digital Photography meeting will be about getting
"State of the Art" photos from your digital cameras. I
will approach the subject from an historical perspective, since
I've been in the commercial photography business since 1976.
Then I will take a group shot and make a print from a battery
powered printer.

This email message is to remind everyone that we will be
having our regularly scheduled board meeting Monday the 19th at

the board meeting. I look forward to seeing everyone. Note the
change of location -- we're just across the street for a
different cuisine. Please put this date on your calendar and
please try to attend, since we need your input on the club's
direction. Thank you.
All members are encouraged to come to the Board meeting and
add their comment. If you would like to be added to the Board

If you have any items you would like me to put on the agenda
please submit them to me no later than the weekend of the board

If you have misplaced this emailing, most PCCC newsletters
are archived at http://pc3.org/news/index.shtml.
