At the February meeting we look at a couple small programs to protect your personal information, your privacy, and your computer.

TrueCrypt is an open source utility that provides automatic strong encryption for any type of data. Whether it's your grocery list or the your pre-patent design of a process to turn water into gasoline, no one is going to get the files out without your password.

SandboxIE is a commercial (30-day trial available) utility that isolates your computer from anything that may happen while you're browsing the web - or running any other program you put in a sandbox.
