I have a meeting broadcast that will be on at 9:00 am and repeated at 1:00 pm. Is there any way to enter an intra-day recurrence in Outlook?

Or for that matter, can I enter any random schedule with the same information as a recurrence that may fall on different times or days in the future? I'd rather enter it as a recurrence than copy&paste so I could manage all the sessions from a single entry.

I am using Office 2003

I only have 2007 but did not see anyway to do this.  If you select daily, you can only select the time and number of recurring entries.  I also did a search and didn't find anything, but your parameters, and mileage, may vary depending on what the search engine gods throw at you when you search ("Outlook 2003" +recurrence +"same day" had 3000 hits on Google).

I will check with some of our Outlook gurus at UNCC tomorrow. and let you know if they have come across this.
